I'm New

Welcome to
Covenant Family Chapel

It is a privilege to have you worship with us. We hope your faith will be strengthened and your interest in God’s Word will grow as a result of your time with us. We aim to help people know God and grow spiritually. We do this through practical Bible teaching, contemporary worship and creating a host of opportunities for significant and supportive relationships. As a church family, we are learning the responsibilities and the exciting privileges that come with being a part of God’s family. We invite you to join us.

Plan Your Visit

Here you will discover a warm group of real people dedicated to following our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

Our church is not just about a weekly service on a Sunday morning or an occasional Bible study. We are a community of faith sharing our lives together throughout the week as well. We share our joys, successes and good times. We also share our hurts, disappointments and failures. Our Christian walk of faith encourages us to trust in God whatever the circumstance. Whether you’re a seeker and not sure what you believe yet, a new believer struggling with your new identity in Christ or a veteran Christian, you’ll find others here that you can connect with right where you are. We look forward to taking the journey with you!!! Our mission is to “MOLD DISCIPLES OF CHRIST” We want you to feel comfortable when you visit us so visit the FAQ section under “Visitor Information” to help answer some of the questions that you may have as you plan your visit. Don’t hesitate to contact an usher to help when you arrive.
We are located at 10307 Coppermine Rd off route 194 in Frederick County. You can park anywhere not designated as reserved. Our parking lot attendants will help you.

All of our worship services have a casual and informal atmosphere. The worship and music style varies; contemporary, traditional, upbeat, African, Carribean and more.

Service Starts at 10am and last for 100 minutes
Come as you are. We are a casual church. You will l find a range of dress styles from jeans and t-shirts, to shorts and flip-flops, to an occasional sport jacket and dress. So come dressed however you are comfortable and you will fit right in.
If you own a Bible you will want to bring it. Our pastor does not preach sermons as much as he simply teach the Bible. He will refer to it often – and even encourage you to mark it up as your bible. If you don’t have one, just ask one of the ushers to borrow one until you get one of your own or share with the person sitting next to you. Pastor Neil teach from what is known as the Christian Standard Bible (CSB), King James Version (NKJV) and or Amplified Bible (AMP). If you have another version you are used to or prefer, bring it along. The differences from version to version are mostly minor. Having a CSB will simply make it easier to follow along when Pastor Neil read or point out the wording in a particular verse or passage.
Your children go to a class that is tailored for them. This is provided only on Sunday Morning Service. Teachers are trained to handle children and your child will be taught the word of God at the level of their comprehension.
Speak to an usher at the main entrance and they will be more than happy to help you.
